目前市面上的工业风扇电机输出轴与轮毂的连接分为两种,一种是高强度的螺栓连接,还有一种是涨紧装置形成结构性自锁,即使在输出轴端螺栓松脱的情况下,仍然可以保证轮毂和输出轴可靠的紧固在一起。无论是螺栓连接,还是结构性自锁与螺栓连接,我们可以发现共同点,都会安装螺栓,所以现在就聊聊高强度螺栓的安全方法。

      高强度螺栓的安装应在工业风扇结构构件中心位置调整好后进行,其穿入方向以施工方便为准,并力求一致。高强度螺栓连接副件组装时,螺母带圆台面的一侧应朝向垫圈有倒角的一侧。对于大六角头高强螺栓连接副件组装时,螺栓头下垫圈有倒角的一侧应朝向螺栓头。一个接头上的高强螺栓,应从螺栓群中部开始安装,逐个拧紧。初拧、复拧、终拧都应从螺栓群中部向四周扩展逐个拧紧,每拧一遍均应用不同颜色的油漆做上标记,防止漏拧。安装高强度螺栓时,严禁强行穿入(如用锤敲打)。如不能自由穿入时,该孔应用绞刀进行修整,修整后更大直径应小于1.2倍螺栓直径。修孔时,为了防止铁销落入板叠缝中,应将四周的螺栓全部拧紧,板叠缝紧贴后再进行绞孔。严禁用气割扩孔。安装高强度螺栓时,构件的摩擦面应保持干臊,不得在雨中作业。高强度螺栓在终拧以后,螺栓丝扣外露应为2至3扣,其中允许有10%的螺栓丝扣外露1扣或4扣。

      当然以后工业风扇结构件螺栓的连接只是做以保护,更多的还是会使用大王通风特有的涨紧装置形成结构性自锁,或者随着技术发展采用更为先进的连接方式,保证工业风扇运行时的安全。

The chamfered side of the Washer under the bolt head shall be facing the bolt head when assembling the high-strength Bolt Joint. High-strength bolts on one joint shall be installed from the middle of the Bolt Group and tightened one by one. The initial screw, the compound screw, the final screw should be from the middle of the bolt group to expand around one by one screw, each screw a different color of paint should be used to mark, to prevent screw leakage. When installing high-strength bolts, do not force through (E. G. BY HAMMERING) . If the hole can not be penetrated freely, the reamer should be used for trimming. The maximum diameter after trimming should be less than 1.2 times the diameter of the bolt. In order to prevent the Iron Pin from falling into the lamination seam, all the bolts around should be tightened, and the lamination seam should be pressed against the reaming hole. Gas Cutting and reaming is strictly prohibited. When installing high-strength bolts, the friction surface of components should be kept dry and should not be operated in the rain. After final tightening of high-strength Bolts, the bolts should be exposed to 2 to 3 buttons, which allows 10% of the bolts exposed to 1 or 4 buttons. Of course, in the future, the bolt connection of the structural parts of industrial fans will only be used for protection. More and more people will use the special tensioning device of king ventilation to form structural self-locking, or adopt more advanced connecting methods with the development of technology, to ensure the safety of industrial fan operation.
